Pullamkottu Paulose Cherian is a Post Graduate in Physics with a Diploma in Business Management from Madras Christian College. He was inducted into the Indian Air Force as an Education Instructor in 1973 and was granted the President’s Commission in the Meteorological Branch in 1975.
